SuiCidE was founded in 1999 through Manfred, Peme and Hirzi. At the beginning we play trash-metal. Months after Mario reinforced SuiCide on Keyboards. Afterwards the sound goes towards in a variation of some metal styles, shortly said "Dark-Metal". In the same year, we release our first demo-album, called "suicide". In the year 2000, Hanspeter joined the band as second guitarist. With this line-up we publish another 2 albums called "Together" and "Blood flows on". After the third Album Manfred and Mario leaves the Band. Manni on drums and Robert on Keyboards joined the band. 2007 we publish our album "The world demise". A second Album will follow 2009 with Mario on the keyboards, which was called "10 Years after beginning - a decade of SuiCidE". After this anniversary CD Mario leaves the band. From this time on SuiCidE performed as a foursome. The sound modifies into Death-Metal with melodic influences. More harder and faster then ever before. We worked hard on new songs for a new album and live performance. In summer 2011 the song writing was finished but we cannot start recording because both guitarists are hurts in july and august 2011 for months. At the end of December we can start recordings and now it's finished. We think the new material is harder and faster then ever before, without lost the melodic of recent days. Timeline:
1999
Establishment by Manfred, Christian and Christoph. In summer reinforcement by Mario at keyboard. In autumn the demo CD SUICIDE -Suicide followed.
2000
Our first appearances with Mario. In summer Hanspeter joined the band as 2nd guitarist.
2001
In spring the CD SUICIDE –Together was recorded. Further concerts followed.
2002-2003
Several appearances and new songs were written.
2004
n spring the CD-Blood flows on was published. A few concerts followed until in summer Mario decided to leave the band. Immediately thereafter a new keyboarder was found with Robert. In autumn further concerts with other bands like Crematory, Mortiis, Susperia etc. Further our contribution to the tribute to RAGE sampler with the song „baby I' m your nightmare “ was published. In winter our drummer and founder member Manfred left the band.
2005
With Manni a new drummer was found. Exercising of a liveset. The first concerts with the new drummer for the summer 2005 got already planned.
2006
In spring we performed a concert with Ictus Mortis & Hatred Divine. Afterwards all concerts were cancelled due to a intervertebral disk operation of our singer and lead guitarist Christian. After a short break we concentrated on writing of new songs.
2007
In February we finished with the songwriting. 12 Songs it had become. Most likely the CD with the title „The world demise“ will be available in the beginning of July.
2008
Perform at Kaltenbach Open-Air and writing on new songs.
2008/2009
Writing new Songs and work on the CD "Decade of SuiCidE - 10 years after beginning"
2009
Finishes our CD "Decade of SuiCidE - 10 years after beginning" and our Keyborder Mario lost the band at the end of 2009.
2010
Play some concerts without Keyboarder and think about a new keyboarder or play always without one. We decide to play without an keyboard, and start writing on new songs.
2011
No concerts. Only writing on the new stuff. At summer the songs are finished. We said ok, let us record the songs in autumn. Once again we have bad luck. But this time both guitarist. Hanspeter has broken his 2 arms and Christian have a second disk operation. Both guitarist droped out for 4 months. So we cannot start the planned records in autumn. Instead of them, we must start at the end of november with rehearse the songs once again for recording.
2011/2012
Last december week we start recording drums for our new CD "Near death experience".
