We left a good job in the city to make pop music about the generation coma, the shadow sides of growing up in what some refer to as life in the free world, the hedonism surrounding us, the shallowness of our own existence.
In our songs we compare post pubertal chaos of emotions to the missile crisis, we try to escape from materialism by flying into the sun, we dance away the problems and fights of a violent society, we moan about Cobains death (there’s never been anyone like you, Kurt), we do everything to look inside ourselves to find our own basics.
But never mind that, cause the music is light hearted, the melodies come easy, the rhythm will take you away completely.
Join Mary (voc), Mike, Peter (both git), Julian (keys), Resi (bass) and Christian (drums) on a journey of easy listening but nevertheless meaningful pop music. Only if you mix pop and profundity you get “Proud Mary” from Vienna, rocking since 2009.
